Currently, for our client we are looking for a candidate for the position:

Procure To Pay Lead

This senior person will be responsible for:

• Leading / Performing internal control projects within P2P (Invoice handling / Approvals / Payments / Reconciliations of accounts / T&E reimbursements);
• Leading / Performing internal audits within P2P (Invoice handling / Approvals / Payments / Reconciliations of accounts / T&E reimbursements);
• Improvement: Streamlining P2P processes; Identifying areas for improvement & conducting the improvements;
• Communication & escalations: Handling business inquiries and delegating, handling escalations with speed and agility, dedicated vendor management;
• Reporting: providing requested reports in a timely manner;
• Bank Authorization: Control / Perform bank cash transfers in various banks;
• Others: Providing objective opinions about various activities to the Manager / Other responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.

We are looking for you if you meet the following criteria:

• Education: Higher (preferably accounting or similar);
• Job experience: 2 years relevant working experience within AP/AR (preferably from SSC/BPO), internal audit or/and project management;
• Language skills: Advanced English required and other language as an additional benefit;
• MS Office: advanced excel skills & Outlook management;
• ERP system: preferably experienced in Oracle and/or SAP;
• Banking systems knowledge as an asset;
Way of working: self-engaged, of analytical mind, customer oriented, of international mindset, with attention to details, manage changes well.
